INTERESTED IN 2010 WARNER BOOKS? Our first shipment of books leaves the USA today on their journey "across the pond". Not sure how quickly they will be here, but we will let you know on this page as soon as they arrive.

Use our express an interest facility and we will add your details to our pre-order list so that we can contact you as soon as the 2010 editions arrive, that way you will be first in UK to receive them. Let us know whether you want black and white or colour books and whether you want silver crystal, beyond silver crystal or both!! We hope to have our Warner books in stock within the fortnight.

PRICE LIST - We will shortly be adding to this page, a downloadable price list. Because our stock changes on a daily basis, you will need to check our website for availability. Due to the high cost of printing and the size of the insurance guide and the price list, we are unable to provide paper copies of these documents.

SIGNED PIECES - If you are looking for signed Swarovski pieces, please let us know via our express an interest facility as we now have access to a wide range of signed pieces, including annual editions, so do please let us know the signed pieces you are searching for.

TINKERBELL
The price continues to go through the roof, and we have therefore taken the decision to list this item as an "express an interest" item once our last one in stock is sold. We cannot guarantee the price, as it appears to still be rising fast, but we will consult you about this once we have located the piece for you. The one Tinkerbell we have in stock at the moment is mint, has a certificate and is in the inner box. Unfortunately the store threw out the outer sleeve to the box (the lightweight blue card cover) when they sold it to the person we got it from. No idea why some stores do this, we wish they wouldn't. But the good news is that Tinkerbell has the all important inner box and she's in mint condition. The price of any future Tinkerbells will be considerably higher as we just can't buy them in now for anything like the price we were previously selling them for!!!

General News.
Our new office hours of Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm seem to be working well for everyone concerned. We break for lunch at some point between 12pm and 1pm, for around half an hour - but timing varies!

A new range of wooden stands are available in our display section! They look absolutely super.

Unfortunately we have been unable to organise more supplies of the glass marguerite stands, flowers, bamboo and ornament stands. We still have some heart stands in triple and single format available, but it is unlikely we will be able to supply any of these items again as the people who make them had very specialist skills and they have retired and not been replaced.

Good news is that we have found a supplier for Christmas ornament stands and a range of other display material. We hope to have this in store within the next 6 to 8 weeks.

A range of glass podiums/podia will also be available soon. We will take the orders for those, but they will be despatched direct from the manufacturer. All other items will be sent direct from us. These will be added during our next major upload. In the meantime, if you have any questions about the podiums, just drop me an e-mail and I can send you some information abou them.

We don’t charge a fee for the use of credit or debit cards, nor are there any additional charges for shipping to UK destinations – so what you see is what you pay. No nasty surprises.

For European and international destinations we charge a simple flat fee of £7 to Europe, £10 to USA, so again, you don’t have to wait until you have finished shopping to find out how much shipping will be.
