Here is just a small sample of the e-mails we have had from clients over the last few months. Its wonderful when clients take the time and trouble to write a thank you note, and we really appreciate receiving them. I have used clients initials rather than their names to protect their identities.

The necklace arrived today and I am really pleased with it. It's even prettier and more delicate that I remembered it from a fleeting glance in a duty free shop in La Palma airport earlier this year. I'd regretted not buying it at the time and when my birthday came round this year and my husband asked what I would like, I thought of the necklace, expecting just to go on the Swarovski site to order it. I didn't realise that they had changed their range and it would be consigned into some sort of black hole!
