At 11” tall, Daniel bear was the first of a series of collaborative teddy bears produced by Steiff and Swarovski. Daniel is a light tan colour bear and he has a Xillion crystal in his ear, rather than the traditional Steiff button – the first time the Steiff button has ever been replaced. Only available towards the end of 2004, and exclusive to the USA market, Daniel wears the 2004 Swarovski Christmas ornament on a red ribbon around his neck.
