This retired Swarovski mini owl was designed by the late, great Max Schreck and is 1 3/8" (35mm) tall. This stalwart of the Swarovski animal range belonged to the "Woodland Friends" category, later moving to the "Feathered Beauties" theme group. Introduced in 1979 and retiring in 2011, the mini owl was also one of the 6 animals to feature in the famous Mini Zoo set, which was only available during 1981 to 1982. The other 5 animals in the set were, mini chicken, mini duck (with silver beak), mini mouse, mini rabbit and mini sparrow.

The owl is the symbol of wisdom. This faceted clear crystal owl has Citron crystal eyes and a small flat round base. Be wise. Invest in the owl.
