Welcome to The Crystal Lodge, the home of retired Swarovski crystal. We hope you will enjoy browsing our website for information about Swarovski crystal, and of course, shopping and/or pre-ordering longed-for items from us.

Our crystal is boxed and in mint condition unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods are RBS WorldPay or PayPal. Choice is given once you get to checkout stage. RBS is a very secure method of payment, which requires you to complete your card details yourself - we don't get to see them, it goes direct to RBS for processing! PayPal needs no introduction.

We are happy to ship internationally for all but the very large pieces, for example signed limited editions and any single item over 2kg in weight.

If you wish to pre-order, then please use our expression of interest form to tell us which items you would like to find for you and once we have them we will notify you and we can complete the transaction at that point.

INSURANCE VALUATION GUIDE: To locate our insurance valuation guide, click the insurance tab above, and then halfway down the next page, follow the download arrow and select pdf or Excel format - Excel will allow you to add in the number of each piece you have, plus will add up the total for you. This service is completely FREE of charge!

This will tell you everything you need to know about preparing your list for us and what happens next. Please be advised that we do not purchase collections immediately or make any offer/valuation until your collection best suits the gaps in our stock levels.

To provide an on-line shopping experience which is intuitive for clients to find what they are looking for and with one price so they know exactly where they stand.

To provide collectors who wish to sell their Swarovski crystal with the opportunity to sell the entire collection in one simple transaction as soon as we require the stock, and for a fair price.

To produce an informative, attractive and fun Newsletter to subscribers.


To promote the Swarovski product in a good light, and impart expertise and specialist knowledge.

We also want to bring you links to other companies who can provide specialist services to collectors, such as collectible insurance, bespoke cabinet makers and so on. A new feature recently added is our e-mail flyer which you can add your details to on the left hand side of this page. This is not the same as our "paper" Newsletter, but its another way that we can keep you informed of changes, special offers and exciting news. There is no schedule for the e-mail flyer - we will just send them as and when we have breaking news to tell you about.

So that's a short summary of The Crystal Lodge. Don't forget that if you are looking for a particular piece/pieces and can't find it here, use our Express an Interest facility and we will search for it for you via our in-house "Crystal Detective Service". We are also the sole UK stockist of the Warner Blue Ribbon Books on Swarovski crystal, and only one of 2 distributors in the whole of Europe of this world-famous reference book. 2010 supplies are available to purchase in our shop.

As collectors ourselves, we feel we are in a position to provide the sort of website and secondary market crystal company that Swarovski crystal collectors want, deserve and will enjoy exploring. We want to bring back the fun into collecting. We deliberately leave products which are not currently in stock up on the website not just so that you can pre-order but also to provide a valuable collector’s resource about your favourite product!
